Vibrating sifter

The vibrating sifter is used for separating dust particles from granulated products. In pellet lines a vibrating sifter is applied to separate dust from pellets. It is a closed design and consists of an inclined screen deck with appropriate mesh size, a set a vibrating motors and a supporting frame. Product enters through the inlet spout onto the vibrating screen filtering the dust particles. The clean material exits at the end of the sifter through an outlet spout. Dust particles are discharged through a funnel under the sifter.
