Shaftless screw conveyor

Shaftless screw conveyor is designed for horizontal or slightly inclined handling of sticky non flow materials, such as waste water sludge etc. It is trough shaped equipped with PEHD lining as a wearing material, which is easily replaced. It is designed in 2m sections with max. length of 12m. The spiral is made by mild steel flat bars of 15 to 25mm thickness. The trough is made by mild or stainless steel. Screw diameters vary from 200 to 400mm and capacity up to 15m3/h at horizontal conveying.
