Mixer vertical ZXV

ZXV vertical mixers are utilized for homogeneous mixing of granulated grain seeds and additives that produce meal for animal feeding. ZXV mixers are filled through the inlet or hopper by auger. The unloading of the mixer is achieved through the outlet pipe at a height of 750mm. The chute is designed for bag filling. The ready meal can also be unloaded in a mobile bin or it can be delivered to the feed bin of the milking machine by a system of dosing flexible augers. The mixer has a manhole on the top for cleaning and maintenance. A filter bag is also installed for dust retaining. All moving parts are covered with sturdy guards. The walls are manufactured from 2mm thick cold formed plates to ensure durability. The mixing auger has a diameter of 280mm for faster mixing. The mixing time is 15 minutes with mixing accuracy of 1:10000. The mixer electric panel is optional. The height of the mixer is short so that it can fit in any building. Capacity varies from 1,5 to 4 m3.
