Mixer horizontal ZXH

The horizontal mixer type ZXH is utilized for high quality homogenization/mixing of floury products. The horizontal mixer consists of two counter rotating spirals. The spirals are supported on a reinforced axle that can overcome the torsional stresses caused by the rotation. The power is delivered by an electric gearmotor through gears and chain to the axle or by hollow shaft gearmotor. The mixer walls are made of 3mm thick steel plate. The inlet/s of the mixer are positioned on the lid. The outlet is at the trough center of the mixer. The outlet can be directly coupled with a shutter and/or screw conveyor for filling a ready meal silo. The mixing time is 5 to 8min. It is optionally equipped with an electric panel. Capacity varies from 800 to 2000 lt.
