Mixer horizontal ribbon ZXR

The horizontal ribbon mixer is designed for rapid mixing of granular and floury bulk materials in industrial plants. It consists of a buffer bin, a ribbon mixer, a discharge hopper and an extraction screw conveyor. Batch ground material and additives enter the buffer bin and released to the mixer. Mixing time is approx. 5 minutes. Mixed material is then unloaded to the discharge bin by a large opening at the bottom of the mixer. The discharge screw under the bin conveys the material to the next processing stage.
