Hammer mill-mixer unit C-ZMA

The milling and mixing unit C-ZMA is a compact feed processing plant. The hammer mill type ZMA reduces the size of grain and feeds the vertical mixer type ZXV with the granulated material through an auger attached to it. The unit comprises of an inlet hopper for raw material that feeds the hammermill. A valve is attached to the hopper to regulate the flow in the mill. The hopper is connected to the mill with a flexible spiral tube. The mill outlet is attached to an auger that feeds the mixer to the bottom inlet. A filter unit is attached to the mixer to retain dust from milling. The inlet hopper is filled by an auger attached to the unit or by a mobile auger. The unit is controlled by an electric panel installed as standard. The unit complies with EU regulations.
