Belt conveyors

Belt conveyors are utilized for horizontal and inclined transport of bulk materials. A belt conveyor consists of a driving roller assembly, intermediate idle rollers, a tension roller, belting, housing and supports. Belting can be smooth or profiled depending on the material to be handled and the transport inclination. The belting materials are polymers, such as PVC, natural rubber NBR, silicone rubber, etc. Belting can also be plastic or stainless steel mainly used in food processing lines where hot water, oil, heat and other corrosive liquids are applied.
